Is there anyway to change MC's run speed? I know in a mod a tried a while back the creator changed his crouch movement speed and I'm wondering if theres a way to do this but for running.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

No need for a plugin, this can be done with plain vanilla HMT3. Just highlight the "Game Globals\globals\globals" tag and select bipd "0" from the dropdown list. You can then change all his movement speeds.

thats the matg.xml plugin. i wasnt sure if it came with hmt.

you can also mess with the standing heights with the new biped plugin...
