Has anyone figured out what the "UNKNOWN" does?

In Pauluses dev trainer, one of the options say "Unknown." I was just wondering what this does, and if anyone here knows, please tell me.

yeah ive wondered the same thing. why was it put in there if the developers don't even know what it does.

but how do they know it does something if they dont even know what that something is?
