Yea, you have to extract the texture using HMT v3, change the image properties in a program like photoshop, re-save it as a .DDS file, then re-inject it over the original using HMT v3 again.....sorry for the briefness, can't stay on much longer, so I figured a short reply was better than nothing.

yeah... but where do u find the bitmap in HMT, its in BG i know that, but i cant seem to find the *exact* bitmap.
