blood gultch Pirate ship

i'm currently 25% done, i'm making a big ass floating pirate ship in the middle of blood gultch.
i need input on these relitive areas
1. should there be 3 floors?
2. should i make anything special on the deck?IE a captains cabin, armory, or any other rooms. (top floor)
3. should the "cannons" (on the lowest deck) be the rocket warthog, tank, or shade? or even, should there be just a rocket launcher or fuel rod gun by each cannon port?
4. what miscelanious stuff do you want in it? IE: really hard to get at flags, secret rooms with goodies, "furniture"(like a toilet made of stones), etc.
5. do you think i should just stop now and get crackin on my traintrack mod?
and for those who think this will turn out to be a big letdown...FYI i've been modding since HMT came out, though i'm still not an expert...mostly cause i hate seeing the exception error after working on something for 2 weeks. (what all this means is...i'm no n00b to this bussiness)

1) whatever you think is good
2)make a captians cabin and ya a armory with cannon balls laying around
3)Canons should be rocket launchers but make them lob
4)dont really care
5)uhh i dont really care just why making a pirate ship

make the rocket hog' be the cannon then make only the turret there and make the model look like a cannon. and r u making this out of the logs? cause that would look tacky

i'm only using logs as frame work...i plan on messing around with the textures and stuff when i'm done making the mod so it will be--like shadowbeast said--not tacky. thank you for your quick responces, i will take your input into great consideration while making this mod. btw, i was never interested in taking in-game pics before but when im done with this mod ppl will obliviously want them...anyone know what i need/need to do to snap some?

this will take a while, even if you do mess around with the logs, cuz if you make them too big, they'll look too blocky...

i'm fine with having to spend a month and beyond on a fabulous mod thats worth the trouble like this (as opposed to getting the "exception error" every time you test it after having spent a month on it, like in HMT)

45% compleate, i still don't know how to take in game pictures, if someone could tell me how it would be greatly apreciated. btw, i need help again,
1. would you like to have a hard to get to teleporter in the ships bow that leads to something "excellent"?
2. do you want the bases isolated from each other by blocking off all tunnels and the main battleground so you have to use teleporters to get to one anothers base (teleporters would be in the ship, but the teleporters leading to the enemies base would place you a fair distance away from the base but in the isolation area). any additional suggestions would be welcome.

it sounds cool, use fraps or snagit, snagit is good for screenshots, fraps is faster

2) No
Make the cannons fire first person, so that you can see where you are shooting. Make a pirate flag with a stairway to the top that can make it a sniper perch.
By the way, this is an exellent idea...

If you really want to you can just use alt+printsceen to copy the current screen to the clipboard.

the ship is coming along nicly 52% done, though i might have to get rid of some extra stuff in the level, mostly because it takes 5 seconds to load all of the stuff in game, examples of this would be one second you see nothing in the distance, 3 seconds later you see a warthog there...though so far it's only done that once per game. ill give updated pics l8er.[/i]

more pics, i figured out things only disappear if you look at them at a certain angle...almost never disappear when your right next to them.

Very nice. This is turning out to be a very nice mod, but may I suggest making a rocket hog turret out of the holes and remodeling the rocket as a cannonball, and remodeling the gun itself as a cannon?
