ya around that area and it cost about $130 more dollars to upgrade to cs i didnt bother wasting my money buying it so i said screw it but im not saying to do this because its illegal but look on www.google.ca or on kazza (doesnt use illegal stuff)

Kazaa isnt illegal, but some of the content is. Such as, downloading the full version of Photoshop and using it, or any other copyrighted material.

check the downloads section under utilities they have a program that swaps dds to bmp and back in.skin for free

you can just use paintshop pro 8, the trial is 60 days and you can just set the system clock back after that time (or set it forward when you install it )
you can use this to convert dds's to bmp's and vice versa...
