HMT (and HHT) Problems

I have been modding for quite some time now and recently, my computer blew a hard drive. After replacing it, I re-downloaded all the necessary files and I am getting an error message when I try to run HMT (or HHT, same message).
I'm not sure what the message sayed and I don't have the time to re-download (I got frustrated and deleted both HMT and HHT) right now but I will post the message if needed later.
Anyone who can help, thank you very much in advance.

To answer your question, I became frustrated when it wasn't working and I am planning on going into Halo2 Modding (eventually) so I figured, what the hell, I don't need it (excuse my language).
Now I know the H2 Modding is a little while away for me (I need money) so I thought I'd get back into it and at this point, I'm re-downloading both again.
Do you have the .NET Framework installed?
As far as I know, I didn't have .Net Framework before (i've actually never heard of it until this mentioning) but I will look into it. Thanks for the input and advice.

HMT and HHT won't run without the framework, so it had to have been installed on your old HD. Just install it with the new one and you should be good to go.
