That background just looks like a ps filter.

The background IS a ps filter... well, a couple filters... Besides, that's just a base background, I already said I still got alot left that I want to do with it, lol.

Lol, thanks. You know, I just now noticed I spelled wallpaper wrong, lol. Oh, just so you know, I made everything on that wallpaper. Only part I didn't make was that shield, got that psd from another source. But the halo text, everything on there, and everything soon to be on there is all made by me

Just clarifying that in case dude thinks I just made the background, and that's all. No offence intended!

Okay, I've added more to it..
I got a texture from a Halo Map and used it on there and I added bullets I got from a .map as well... I think it adds a nice touch. I still have quite a bit that I want to do to it though. I just thought I would give a little update. So, what you think so far now?

i think you should have all the bullets laying on the floor(not stuck on the wall) and have a picture of MC shooting into the air

I think that the bullets are meant to be falling, not to be stuck on the wall.

Personally, I think it would look better without the bullets. Just the lens flare. Backgrounds don't always have to be super full of action

hey one thing that'd be good: reencode it in bmp format. that file'll be huge but one should never lose any image quality in such a precise background

It hasn't lost any image quality. It's a maximum resolution jpeg. Glad you're all liking it. I'm still trying to think up stuff to add to it, lol. Ang88, lemme see that pic of mc shooting in the air, it may fit, dunno yet, lol. BTW, I like those mod movies you made, I lmao

ok lol the whole jpeg compression thing makes me freak out sometimes...
