HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

The PPF doesn't work. Every time I apply it to timberland and test timberland out I get that common error - I forget exactly what it says, 'Gathering exception data...' or something like that.

um i think in halopc the bitmaps are in the bitmaps.map file. you may need ppf it instead (just a guess, i dont mod HPC)

That may just work, thanks. Wasn't really sure - since it didn't come with a readme.

yeah if there are bitmaps they must be applied to bitmaps .map if that helps.. silencer ur rite (i think)

i first applied the ppf to the timberland map everything was white except the trees, the vehicles were clearish blue with sections of brown, and the rocks and boulders were replacd with trees.
Then i applied them to the bitmaps.map file and tested it, nothing happened

EDIT: I just applied the ppf to both the timberland.map and bitmaps.map and it looked the same as when i applied it to only the timberland.map file

Just tried it - didn't work.

maybe thats how its supposed to look, or the file is curupt.. i dont know

the map is too big to send over email, and im not violating copywrite laws to send to you, so get it off your cd's, and winrar can open the cab files.. it there somewhere
