can some one please teach me how to change the worthog skin

Some people are new to modding, all you had to do was tell him where to get HMT, at files.halomods.com in the utilities section.

HMTv3 is here...

Then download Skins from here,

Also, you need WinRAR to open HMTv3, get it at
www.rarlab.com
Once you open HMT go into bitmaps, click on warthog hull, and click inject bitmap and choose whatever bitmap you want.
Then, open Halo PC, and, BOOM! You changed a skin.
