How can I make it so that shields dont recharge?

you would need a collision model plugin. after you have that go to the collision model and set the shield stun time to 9999, but you have to null out that annoying beep cuz if you dont itll go on and on and on and on... OMG its so annoying!!! *tebteb committed suicide*

ummmm, can't remeber where, i think they got a coll. link somewhere here, and i know they got the plugin on... oh wait! oh, no, nm, we cant add files on this.darn, anyways, it is also on decoys site under plugins(dont google it, it's useless, never shows up for me on google)
