how do you add custom game types, 'casue i downloaded some made like the ones from h2 but i have no clue where to put them.

Yeah, so? Technically CE is PC in a sense. Move them to My Documents>My Games>Halo Custom Edition>Save Games. If that's not the exact address, it's damn close.
