Weapon and Vehicle Talk (and challenges)

Here you can talk about modding weapons and vehicles (:roll:) and come up with some challenges.
Examples:

hey heres an easy chalenge 4 u ppl
easy make mc tower

Try this
Medium-Infinite shot tank
You Need-HMT, the plugins, Halo (any one)
How to do it-In hmt, choose a map and go to weapons. Choose scorpion cannon and under flags check Holds Trigger When Dropped. Then go down to triggers and check Locks in on/off State. Just above that is Magazine options. Uncheck Every Round Must Be{cutoff}. Back to triggers, change Rounds per Second to any number. Rounds per shot is 0. Chamber time=another 0. Save it all and start the game. Enjoy!

Just make sure its possible. Demo players can't pmi, and I know from experience. :evil:

hey phenom wouldn't "holds trigger when dropped" make it shoot whenn the weapon is dropped or what?

not really a challenge, but see(using time freeze and a shotgun modded to shoot cturret lasers) how far and high you can make a tank go. i got a funny pic of the result of this, lol. something u never want to see...ever!

been there done that. trial can do anything full can do... all hmt, hht, and sparkedit arr, are hex editors with a fancy ui.

so if youd get off your lazy ass and did it with a hex editor then voila you got a pmi. :P

Then how come when I turn that on for the AS and I swap it with a shotgun it just sitts there like a lame fool.

Medium-Fire while dropped
How to do it-
1.Open hmt.
2.Choose a map and go to Weapon.
3.Select a weapon.
4.Find Holds Trigger when dropped and Locks in on/off state;check them.
5.Change values between Rounds per Second and Age Generated per Round if you want.
6.Edit between Rounds Recharged and Chamber Time if you want. Round Time is just the time it takes to reload.
7.Save
I can see it now. Both rocket hogs hammering blue by themselves:twisted:
If you edited a vehicle's weapon, someone can get in driver's seat, you get on the gun, fire, and get out. The driver goes around the enemy's base with gun firing. When he dies, hog keeps shooting. Hog respawns, it still fires. But of course anyone can get in while its unoccupied and turn it.

Thats exactly what I did and its not working. MB if I try a different map.

I did it on Blood Gulch with the trial. Worked perfectly except for aim. Don't know how to make it aim at bipeds by itself.

won't, it just faces wherever. in the case of vehicles, it faces forwards

Yea I tried it again in (my horribly modded) blood gulch and it still didn't work.
