energy sword in sp

can anyone give me a clean easy tutorial on how to get an energy sword in sp using hmt?

I can make it where you can pick one up, but other than that, no.

it aint possible to do it clean and easy. the long and dirty way would be tomake a duplicate of the Plasma Rifle, replace its first and third peron models with the sword third person model, remove all effects, energy, projectiles, and crank up the mele damage.

or you could just duplicate the plasma rifle fp, inject the energy sword model over it with HMT (since energy sword has less verts then PR, it will work.. somewhat), change the energy swords user identy, and uncheck "detonates when dropped"

when did someone discover the value for that detonate thingy? (i aint been around in a while, i can do most things oldschool, but know little of more recent methods)
