can someone tell me about the pelican mod for sp

Ok forgive me if this question pisses anyone off but i want to know what i need to make the pelicans useable for sp so that i can drive them also i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to hex edit sp so i could put the flamethrower and fuelrod gun in it but if its a hex edit program i need does someone here have it in a zip format not a rar program and also i would like to know if someone has the HHHT1.3 thing as a zip format and not as a rar format so i could get mods.

ok well all you have to do is get into a wart hog and save game at a checkpoint and then you exit, open hexworkshop and switch the warthog w/ the pelican

and to swap things you click on them and there is a swap button at the top,click it and select what ever you want from a list sry about the 3 postes in a row
