Whats wrong?

I have a really nice dell plasma screen PC with a nice g force graphics card. but how come when I throw a grenade or shoot a rocket I dont see the explosion. I see a quick flash and a BOOM sound. ITS SO GAY!
is it my inernet connection?

check under video options to see if particles are turned on high.

hes right it will be in your video options on halo, it could be on your vid card settings too but i doubt it, and it wont have anything to do with ur monitor, what vid card do u have?
