Frag grenade

Ok does anyonw know how to make it so when a frag grenade explodes a peice of scenery shows up there. I dont really want to say what im doing because it should come out really cool but someone might do it before me.

i believe the only thing u can do is throw the scenery sorry, i could be wrong but i have not read anything like that before.
