Could someone please walk me through in removing the ESRB Notice on the loading screen, I'm a noobie to the whole modding HaloPC thing.

the ESRB might be a bitmap, look for it in the ui.map maybe

after searching through the ui.map file I found this:

[ustr] Unicode String List (168 items)
- ui\shell\strings\loading

Would this be the right thing to edit? If so to what? Remember, I'm a noobie and I don't know what I'm looking for.

ok i figured it out. go into a hex editor(not hmt), open ui.map, and do ctrl f and look for esrb (make sure you're looking for text string, not hex string, and make sure the unicode box is checked)

UPDATE: Just so you don't have to go through the trouble of a hex edit, I posted a PPF that will remove the notice.

Check it out here: http://files.halomods.com/viewtopic.php?t=164

Enjoy.
