WHERE DO I DOWNLOAD HALO CE AND HOW DO I USE THESE GOSHDANG MODS YOU GUYS MAKE AND ALSO HOW DO I MOD MYSELF I WANNA KNOW THIS BUT NO ONE ANSWERES ME AT ALL ALSO FOR MY LAST QUESTION WHERE HAS THE HALO DEV TRAINER GON TO I WANT IT AGAIN!

Multiple things.
1) Don't type in all caps.
2) Don't make the same thread in different sections.
3) Wrong section.
