I kinda screwed up my deathisland map and was wondering if a patch made from the original could fix it. I forgot to make a backup and its not rebuilt. It a patch could fix it could someone make a patch?

all I did was change some things in HMT but I'm not sure of all of them so I don't know what to change back.

Just get a backup off your CD. Go to My computer, and right click the drive that the CD is in and click explore.

A patch is like a difference applier.
For instance, pretend that
17 = Original map
19 = Modded Map
2 = Patch
The patch applies the difference between two files to one file and it's only purpose is that it is small, rather than downloading the full new map. A quite poor example with arithmetic but the best description I can give.

-_- perhaps you didn't understand that:
17 = Original map
? = Your map
?!? = Patch we're suppose to give you
