Master chief walking speeds

Is there a way to make it so that master cheif can walk as well as run? What I have done is changed Master Cheif's crouch height so it was the same as his regular height, but that didnt change the animation when he crouched. It still looked like he was crouching. Maybe theres a way to make it so it still looks like hes standing? hmm
