You mean you weren't driving from the pelican's driver seat? You need to go to the vehicle properties in HMT3 and change the "p-driver" seat name to "b-driver". Then jump on top of the nose and get in.

If you guys ever get this thing to work, make the MC invincible to falling and 7 passenger seats, so all of your teammates can get in then "hot drop" down onto the enemy base without taking damage... it would be an effective transportation system for base frontal attacks. :D

If you were to take all of your team to the other side you would have absoulutly no defense.

The addition of pelicans to multiplayer is not something that I believe is ready to be implemented at this time. I have a vision of a much grander mod that at the moment just can't be accomplished. But it includes the mp pelican for a good reason.

Since there's really no point in hiding it, this is basically what I envisioned the mod to include:

-Support for up to 64 players online (will require very good servers and better netcode obviously)
-A new set of maps that are much larger then current ones. The one I'm envisioning for epic battles is sort of like the battlefield in SW Episode 1. Rolling green hills with a bunker at each end.
-Support for more vehicles in addition to the Pelican (and/or multiple pelicans). This will complement the increased number of players nicely.
-A system that would allow all players to begin at the same time, a "battle mode" so to speak. Where there would be a rush of vehicles and people clashing in the center.

Will this ever happen? Only time (and the release of the almost mystical "GB SDK") will tell.

You are talking about a game that's MMORPG...except Halo isn't RPG, and you don't need certifications to get vehicles and weps....called PlanetSide. And how can you create your own server that can support 64 people?

And I know planetside is a MMOFPS. But I'm talking about a mod to HALO, and I'm talking about a very concentrated, large battle. Like I said this mod requires doing things that just aren't currently possible, like editing the net code itself to provide 16+ player support. For now it's only a dream.

Uh Halo if you noticed under every persons post there is a little button with what types of chatting they have such as AIM or MSN or PMing and there is his AIM right there....
