How can I shorten/lengthen overheat time and add reload?

I wanna make the FRG's overheat not come as quickly, the plasma rifle's come quicker, and I want to have to reload the Shade every 5 shots (or add overheat to it).
Is this possible by any "simple" means?

That really doesn't help me. All I managed to do was make the plasma rifle not be able to fire.

we realized that. unfortunatly, i cant help you but i would enjoy having the answer to this question as well. noone seems to know, or they are feeling a little bit special and dont want to share.

thank you so much. you are very kind. but, how would you go about making the weapon have reloadage, instead of swapping the weapon out?
