Click the Prt Scr / Sys Rq button when in the game, then open paint in a new document and do CTRL + V and save.

if you have fraps and it is on, you press F10 and it saves the screenshoot as a .bmp into a folder

or you could just copy cmd from your system director into halo then double click on that and type halo.exe -screenshot the whenever you press print screen it will make a targa image in you halo director in a folder called screenshots

I'd use Fraps. It's quickest and easiest. Tho I don't usually take much pictures so I usually use PrtSc SysRq or Print Screen. That cmd stuff takes forever.

Hes talking about the long way round, hes basically shortcutting the path, all you need to do is right click on the shortcut for halo, go to properties, and when you see:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe"

After the last " put a space and then -screenshot

Like so:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\halo.exe" -screenshot

This will set halo into the mode you need to so in-game u can press print screen and the game will put the files in your halo directory under a folder called screenshots...

Is that clear enough?

u gotta pay for fraps can sumone send it to me

Why pay when a method is there via the shortcut and the game mode -screenshot ... wasted money...

by Typhon
nm i downloaded it and the reason to waste money on it is one its easier 2 u can make movies with them

Its easier than pressing print screen and navigating to the folder where the screens are?

You would still have to tell the program an output for you to get the movie dude.

Still, if you wanna pay money for something you can do for free, then thats up to you...
