Halo PC/CE/trial Mod Requests

I have 2 mod requests, these can either be in PC or CE, which ever is easier for you.

For my first mod, I would like a matrix mod, with all the bullets going really slowly, and with the ripple behind them. This is for a movie, so it doesnt matter if its not that playable for others. I would also like a working pelecan (or even better, a modern military helecopter). I would also like (if possible) modern weapons, like instead of the pistol, make a modern pistol, and a sniper rifle that looks more modern(less futuristic).

For the secon mod, I would like the same as the first, but without the matrix mode (I said this was for a movie).

I would perfer it to be in CE, because then I could use the built in Devcam instead of getting a trainer, but what ever is the easiest, it will work. Thanks.

P.S. If you can do part of this, but not all, would you please post it? Then other people (or even me!) could work on it and finish it. Thanks again.

I'm pretty confident that no one here does complicated request mods.

Well, you can just have 1 mod, and have the same weapons, just with 1 of the weapons have the bullettime effect.

As far as PC goes, you can only vertex manipulate, but you can skin fairly well. Just get HMT and milkshape3D (3dsmax pretty much won't work with PC).

CE, anything really goes. You could add a contrail to the bullets, slow speed of everything down, etc. There's actually a powerup that slows time down in both CE and PC, but it's fairly laggy and causes major vehicle problems. Not to mention CE basically requires you to make a completely new map, which is a hassle.
