No, that won't help me. I need to convert a standard PCM .WAV sound file to the proper ADPCM format used in Halo. I tried changing it in Windows Sound Recorder, since I have the required Xbox ADPCM codec, but it didn't work.

GoldWave isn't working for me. I'm saving in the EXACTLY CORRECT WAV format (Xbox ADPCM, 22500Hz, 4-bit, Mono) and it's not working. The sound is perfect in Windows, but when I inject in it and open Halo, I just hear a corrupt-sounding file.

What the FUCK?

In Halo PC, you cannot add sounds that are longer in any way than the original.
