How do you make it so that grenades fall from the sky and explode? If so, would it be possible to make them respawn? (like respawning weapons)

They wouldn't be able to explode, but if you want them to fall from the sky, you can just place them in sparkedit. I know that's probably not what you want to hear, but what you want can't really be done.

well... you could put needlers up there, give the needlers unlimited ammo, make them shoot gernades, and then make the needlers shoot automatically even if they havent been picked up

wait, are you trying to make mortar fire for a movi or sumtin?


is so, you can just replace the rocket's bitmaps (the actual rocket, not the rocket launcher) with cryo glass from A10 (ask around about it)

then you replace all of the rocket's effects with the tank shell's (especially the explosion)

you can try tweaking the explosion radius (of the tank projectile...i think the tank projectile, try the rocket too just in case) to make it weaker or stronger,

and finally, if you can find and put the sound file in a .ogg format, you can have new sounds


oh, and sorry if you weren't making mortar fire, making this tutorial i haven't tried yet completely useless

in hmt go to weapons, pick one the go to the bottom on the right, and its one of those flags under projectile
