How do u get RC (Remote controlled) Vehicles?

I've seen someone with a Warthog that was going across the map and it had no one in it, it was running everyone over and no one could stop it how do u do that?

I have never done it... but i know how, you have to have two of the same vehicles, one faceing up and the other faceing down... and they have to be close to gether as close as you can get... and start geting in and out as fast as you can(you get out of one and get into the other) and after a while you will do it... remember do it fast... oh and you cant be the host of the game

its a lag glitch, you take say 2 warthogs and park the drvier seats as close together as you can get, then you get in one driver seat, jump and quickly get into the the other one. this has to be done very quickly and you can not be host because you need lag

Hey Ive been searching the forums and look what I've found, a mod for rc rocket warthogs

am i the only one who had trouble understanding that? and somehow on halo xbox i made it so that if you jumped out of t he warthog while you were driving the warthog would do whatever you did...like you ran forward and it would move too, but faster i think....anyone know how i did that because i forgot...
