?Spinning Hubcaps?

Is it possible to put spinning hubcaps on a warthog?
Or maybe make it so the wheels never stop spinning and edit the dds to make it look like the spinning hubcaps?

no, you would have to edit the animations, this means lots and lots and lots of hexing, so if you're really good with hex, yes, otherwise, no.

i have an idea!!

find an optical illusion on the internet that makes the object look lik it is spinning, then save the image on your computer. open up the hubcap .dds and put the optical illusion in a layer under it, but with the hubcap put at 50% trnasparency (or around that)

not sure if it actually works, but, in theory, the hubcap will start "spinning" when veiwed correctly
