Meta to Ce Tag files

ok i have sky meta file that i like really bad and i want to put it in my map its from halo pc but i dunno how do change meta to .tag files can somebody help me here

You posted at GBX. We can't give it to you. Ask someone for the sky file that has a converter.

i tried and all you guys did was flame me sunny i just wanted help because there wherenot tuts on it so i heard about the converter and tried to try it but no go so can somebody help me with my marine tags delema?
