has anyone figured out how to make seat in some vehicles

has anyone made a seat like seat 0 in the hog, in things like the halo ring in a10, its not real important im just sick of the same threads all of the time but would be interesting if possible i wouldnt mind takin a ride on unicycle.

LOL I noticed that (HALO is a vehicle!!!) Yeah that level is weird, but no, I don't think you can give that ring a seat...
