Guilty Sparks spark

I was wondering if it would be possible to use that blue electric spark that guilty spark shoots out of his eye in the maw as a projectile or something somehow, I dont know what the name of that spark is or what its under though so does anyone know what the spark is under?

Umm.... did you even read the post? He asked for the SPARKS, not the Monitor.
