multiple types of projectiles?

i was thinking, is it possible to make it so a shotgun could shoot out sniper shots, and rockets? i mean like shoting out 2 types of projectiles with one shot?

and one other question i have because i am board. can u make it so a grunt would pop like a flood infection?
