Could someone help me with this needler question i have

where can i change the option that makes the needler's needles bounce off of things. i want to make the needler's needles stick not bounce.

It's in the projectile's properties. Unfortunately there's no plugin or known offsets for that, so you'll either have to look blindly or convert a CE map with a modified needler projectile to PC (header swap is good enough) and extract the meta for it and inject it into an original PC map.
