Can someone tell me how if possible to put ice in bloodgulch, that the warthog has troubles turning on. And also how i can change the color of stuff such as plasma gernades, plasma cannon bolts, plasma pistols, and teleporter? Thanks.

Rebuild Bloodguch to include Ice, then swap the ground for the ice under Shader Enviroment...?
