hex editiing is the "stone tablets and chisel" of modding just get hmt...

hex editing is needed for some thigns though lol. It is a part to make it snow in MP levels for PC. changing names of things too.

levels prieview pic is foudn in the ui.map or soemthing
took me a whiel to edit that (was my first mod ever ) entire level reskin
