How do I make a mod and what requests do you have for one

Please help me make a mod and how to make it and I would like to have requests. You name a request and I will try my best to make it. I would also like other people to help make the mod so if you would like to please let me know and we can work on a mod.

here is a simple thing to do to maybe get you used to a few features:
All were written by me (yay) The snow one is long but you would be able to follow it perfectly.

1) Open up HaloMapTools version 3 or HaloMapTools version 3.5
2) Open up the map you wish to do this for

lmao, what can i say! i like helping
i once posted the snow tutorial in the tutorial submission section but it never got moved to tutorials..and i think it was well worth being put there. But it wasn't so i never bothered again.

No problem!
the snow one i wrote before for the public but no one ever noticed it *cry*
the PPF ones i wrote for a post a few weeks back when someone was confused
the fire treads i wrote a wicked long time ago but forgot i did the day after and so it never made it out
and the invis thingy i wrote for that kids civi hog thing when he was trying to get rid of the turret.
Either way they all help a n00b

im trying to get into my HMT3 and HMT3.5 but it wont open. it comes up with this thing about .NET Framework.
How do i fix this????

Download the latest .NET Framework from M$.
