Spinning hog rims

Hello, I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to, and would be willing to make a mod for the hog for spinning rims.

i think thatd be easy to do with shaders a lil difficult but possible

what are u gonna use it for tho i dont see the point in it maybe ill try if i have some spare time though right now im working on my matrix shader stuff that i was testing and im trying to find someone to get my damn transport hog to have seats so im a lil busy right now that and i have a language arts project i gotta do by mon
