Pelican in death island - please help.

Hi, i have searched the forums over and over before posting.. im new to halo modding so please be as nice as poss even if i seem to be a n00b.
basicly i want each team in death island (or each base) to have a usable pelican drop ship so you can fly it and get people or a warthog in the back.
i have searched and forn some pelican stuff but not exactly what i am after. i have also seen people post that the 'pelican death island' mod is in outstanding mods. however i cant find.. would someone please be so kind as to post me a link where i can download.. or tell me how i can achieve this..
