Help with "Wind" factor..

i need to remove(or change the direction of) wind on maps. ive figured out that HMT doesnt do this, but what program would let me?

well damn. ive seen it done on halo CE custom maps.. guess im just s.o.l. eh? my main reason for doing this, is im attempting a Matrix mod. i have the pistols shoot out a very slow sniper round, and the smoke trail resembles those little circles that spiral off the bullets in the Matrix. but the maps wind f**ks it up by making the smoke go off to the side and whatnot. but its still pretty cool anyways... i slowed down the AR bullets so you can charge at something while unloading a clip, and when the bullets catch up to the target they all hit at the same time like a shotgun. im just messing around here and there, i also changed the center of gravity on the warthog, so its now bottom heavy and front heavy, so it drives on its two front wheels and sometimes only on one wheel.

Well maybe it will work.
But when I did it nothing happened.
Wind I think only affects the flag in ctf.
I don't think it does grenades.

theres a wind plugin if i remeber correctly

It's already in 3.5 but it only should be affecting the flag.

never said anything about grenades, just the vapor trail that comes off the sniper round. infact you should try it, just slow it down to like 0.001 or something. its easy to do and kinda cool lookin
