HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I have been seeing alot of mods with cool sounds or music clips in them
i used to have the program to make the sounds, but my PC took a crap
and i had TO RELOAD EVERYTHNING FROM SQUARE 1.
and please dont flame me because i havent made mods in 8 or 9 months
and forgot the name of the program
