Idea of how time freeze works

Hey I'm not totally sure if this is right but I think I know how Sheep's trainer freezes time. If you know enough about halo you know that there is a powerup called double-speed that slows down everything but you. That is unless you are in a vehicle. It was never finished but it wasn't removed from the game. Sheep found a way I think to start the effect of that powerup and change the speed multiplier by 0. So if someone knows enough about making trainers or hexediting I think we might be able to use this online.

Remember this is only a theory.

I would, but I have XP as of now and it is VERY hard to find a good memory address finder that works for it.

You can do it as a mod for a map, with complete stop if you pick it up, possibly replace another powerup with it. It's in the globals meta somewhere. It's whatever 1.25 is in hex or what halo converts that to. 1.25 should occur 3 times in that particular meta. It probably is the 2nd one.

is that possible? usually in games that can change time dont work in multiplayer. i have one game that in sp you can multiply time by 8 (everything moves faster) because some parts are really boring when ur harvesting material... but maybe, the other guys would have regular speed while you go really fast... or everyone sees the time stop and watches as the person goes around the map and kills everyone while you are helpless

This pretty much won't work in multiplayer, or will be very screwy.

The offset is D98 to D9F in globals.matg.meta. Have fun. Don't screw it up too bad. I tried to make a plugin, but HMT apparently won't let me have the data type I need. So whatever.
