just a lil help with the energy swrd

iv pmi'ed the energy sword but when i swap it wit hanother wep it either 1.) dissapears and/or isnt there 2.) i cant make it the assault rifle cus it switches to the pistol when the round starts off and i cant switch back. ive nulled out some stuff in HHT but i cant figure out why it wont work. thanx

Change the user dependencies in HMT
howeverm then theres no FP model coz MC wernt menna hold it

i see, isnt there a tu somewhere on how to get a fp model? i was thinking maybe export the model then import it, but i think that will make it get a exeption error.

Duplicate the Plasma Rifle.
Swap 1st mod2 in HHT with energy swords 3rd person model.
DL Knaves EnergySword tut from files forum
Follow that 2 make plasma rifle into sword's 3rd person

i forgot to say, lol just swapping the id does nothing, it still dissapates. i think the game thinks a elite dropped it. :/

o, well then just do the plasma rifle thingy. disadvantage = no glow

im confused first of all, but can you explain what u said a couple post ago about duping the P rifle? i didnt quite catch it

OK.
Duplicate the plasmaRifle <-- if you dont know how, theres a link in my sticky above :p
Then, Rebuild with a PMI'd energy sword.
Now, in HHT, find you duped PR, and swap its 1st mod2 with the energy swords.
Then, in HMT, inject a the energy sword from knaves energy sword tutorial (link in sticky) over the Duped PR's 1st person model.
if thats still to hard, i'll do a step by step 4 u l8er

Yeah, you decrap the plasma rifle's fp model and the energy sword tp model, take the fp folder, put it into the energy sword folder, edit the meta files, and put the energy sword's mod2.vertices/indeices files and replace them with the Was PR/Now Energy Sword fp.mod2.vertices/indices files, changing file names here and there.
