Hey everyone, I'm new here. (new to halo editing, but not new to others) I just got HMT and it seems good to an extent, due to my limited knoledge of halo editing, so I want to know is that is there a tool (NOT HEK) to change values of weapons. I don't want to add new skins or features to maps, just change values like make the assault rifle's spread smaller and more deadly for an example.
