HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Ok....nothing groundbreaking or even cool has come across Halo PC in the past what? 3 weeks? I'm starting to lose interest. Every single mod, stupid skin, lame n00b mod (you know what I'm talking about, change of projectile, rate of fire etc.) What I'm proposing is we pull the community's most respected (and reachable) modders and make mods (Merk, knave(?), cflames, etc (I'm not even saying I should be on the team)). If not, well, Halo sucks. The Halo 2 mod for Halo CE is coming out in gosh knows when, and PC mods can be produced rapidly, so there you have it.

So what you're really saying is that nothing has really changed at all. PC modding is really burning out now. There's so much you can do, but there's really a lack of interest and demand here.

the last mod of the month was in may and there havent been any real updates since sp>mp conversions for xbox... i think all the n00bs drove out the good modders

Yeah I kinda sensed this a loooong time ago (like I said I've been lurking here for months)...

It probly wouldn't be like this if mono hadn't left. He'd probly be doing some awesome stuff like he did when he was here.

jesus walks! lol mono man...you do amazing things with those hands (dont take that the wrong way oh shint...bad images) I think a mod where it doesn't take 3045897345907345903475 bullets to kill someone would be fun....with a close quarters level and GOOD models. I remember back when i first started halo pc i had almost instantly heard the name "mono" mentioned. at first i thought halo started a contageous disease but whatever.
