PLayers not leaving when they exit the match?!?

Hey guys, i recently just moved over from modding xbox halo to PC halo. In xbox halo all systems must be running the mod for it to work. Today i accidently ran a modded level online for PC. All the other plyers come intreact with my mod which supprised me. I thought they would have to have it installed too. Anyways when a person leave the match or i ban them the character is still in the game untill they die. Is there a way to fix this so the bodies dont pile up and i dont have to run around and kill them. to make the leave the room.
