I assume it's something in the ui.map mapfile, but I have no clue what I'd extract. I can't just extract and recolor all the ammo meters and such, because those are white in the bitmaps file, so there has to be a separate file that colors them in-game.

Hmmm... I saw somebody change the color of the main menu text.

I was bumping the post/thinking outloud/stating that I know there's some way to change things like that, but I don't know how.

Are you talking about the in-game hud? Just remember what you leraned in preschool . The hud is blue, so making a hud bitmap yellow would cause the end result to be green, blue+yellow=green. also, a red bitmap will have a purple result.... try different colors, see what u get...
