need help with bitmaps

ok, here is the problem. it seems that everytime i click on a bit map in HMTv3 ther is an error "accessing it". i have the same problem with spark edit, it just wont read the bitmaps. any help is appreciated.

do you have the .net framework?

Make sure a copy of bitmaps.map is in the directory where the map you are editing is.

make sure halo isnt running. u cant mod any bitmaps while halo is running.

yeah i have the .net, and how do i make a copy of the bitmaps.map??
edit: wow, today must be a slow day for me, i know what your talking about now.
