I think you should just make the Halo logo and planet red, as said before. In my opinion I think that the space and ring bitmaps should be left alone.

i still like it, except take the red OFF THE BACKGROUND, no one likes it. (although i think the planet looks cool in red dont do everything)

also at the top should be campagin...at the top left should be profile...at the top right should be multiplayer...

then at the bottom is should be quit...left should be settings, and right should be credits.

Try that way with your current set up. I think it would look better and more smooth.

On the logo, don't use any filters. On the Ruby part, you should make a gradient so it's not just plain red.
Other than that, I like the UI.
On the snowy DI, you should try to make the water appear to be more frozen than just a plain white. But keep at it.

His graphics don;t have anything to do with the water. Hell my graphics are so bad there aren't any different colors on people!!! They are just white *sob* Even with those graphics teh water on mine is just fine. And Blarg for the water, if you are gonna make it have a frozen look, give it more of a blue tone, similar to ice, and give it some detail if you can, then it won't look so...well, white lol.

I know I dont have the right fonts...and i made this very cheaply so to speak.

I think it needs to look like this a bit though.

Also if you could take off the noise on the text...just looks fuzzy

Just an idea, taking other people's work hasn't worked so good for you in the past. If its your mod, you better try to make it yourself instead of having everyone eventually send you it in parts and then call it yours. At least try to put some effort into it and copy it.

Everything in the ui is mine. Dust n mud made the snow hog, I found alotta skins in l)ol)lu7's H3 mod. Someone made H2 skins for the ghosts and shee, I edited them to look like H2. I made the snow tank, the PR, AR, blood water, etc.
