I need help!!!! how do i convert ppf to dds?!

You apply the .ppf patch to your bitmaps.map, and then you extract the skin with HMT, they come out as .dds files.

Define nothing happens. I dunno about the PC ppf-master/-o-matic but the mac ports don't have a blaring pop-up that says it worked. You just see a little bit of status text at the bottom of the window saying it worked. If you patched bitmaps.map and you actually checked the images then I'd believe nothing happened. But if you're failing to patch correctly, there is usually a pop-up telling you so. So which is it?

If you have the bitmaps.ppf (or whatever it's called patch) and have applied it to bitmaps.map then it has worked. It shouldn't be too difficult to use ppf patchs (they're so popular because they are easy to use).
