if you want to, i could code a small php site which has it all on it, i + people visited, and help comments, e.g. PMI and some guy goes, im stuck on part 1!!! i get an exception error, then somebody would answer that (by clicking the answer button) and then say, "its probably becuase youve only done 1/30th of the whole tutorial!!!"

Hey I'm pretty good with HTML, CSS, know some PHP, have experience using MySQL db's, I can be of help if ya like :D
I have macromedia studio, photoshop, etc...
For that answering questions thing, you can install ticket support systems....I used to use one once for testing, it requires quite a bit of editing though, theme wise...anyways basically newbs would come on, open a ticket, and we could pick and choose mods (so basically we see someone helping out majorly in forums, they become a ticket mod) only the newb and the ticket mods would see it, so no flaming, and they can be helped until its resolved!
Thats a great idea I think, would solve a lot of problems, the ticket system also houses a FAQ system, where questions can be added from the db that are frequently asked, the ones that arent, the ticket support system can be used...
